Words really can’t describe our experience. Joy and Ish, made us feel like we were the centre of their world. I truly believe these men, don’t know what days off mean. Anything and everything we needed, at any hour was met. They showed us a great deal of patience, kindness, and care! I was so nervous thinking about buying a house, what were the right steps to take, etc. But as soon as we mentioned to Joy that we were looking, Joy and Ish made us feel so comfortable and well looked after. Simply above and beyond. Joy does not stop working. If you signed with him, you can relax, regardless of selling or looking to buy. From start to finish, he guides and helps throughout. Some realtors forget that many people buy or sell once or twice in a lifetime and make the process confusing, frustrating, and unenjoyable, while taking days off or simply being unavailable. I don’t think Joy knows what time off even means. He did a fantastic job getting us the value for our home we believed it was worth, supporting our decision and stance at all times. The paperwork was smooth and easy. Once everything was signed, we went with his recommendation for a lawyer, and he continued to check in with both us and the lawyer personally. Joy is the epitome of hard work, an outlier for any professional. He was our fifth realtor and what we realized was the our previous experiences were not even close in comparison. We sold in April 2021 and closed in June. Don’t waste your time with anyone but Joy, selling or buying. Thank you again for your service, including your assistant Sue.
